OhmfinchTerms & licence
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms cover buying and using the Coilhouse website template ("the template") sold by Ohmfinch. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Heritage Handshake, the business that operates Ohmfinch, so that name may appear on the checkout page.
1. What you get
A ZIP file with every ready-made version of the template (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, illustrations, READMEs and licence), delivered as a download right after payment. The price is C$49, a one-time payment in Canadian dollars. There's no subscription.
2. Licence
- One licence lets you use and change the template, in any of its included versions, to build and run one website for one business of any type, either your own or one client's. You may mix parts of different versions in that one website.
- You may use it commercially for that business and change anything you like.
- You may not resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the template or its files, whether changed or not. You also may not include it in another template, theme or builder product.
- For more websites, buy more licences.
3. Your content
Sample text, numbers, reviews, rebate amounts and names in the template are placeholders. You're responsible for what you publish, including the accuracy of claims, prices, rebates and licences, and for having the rights to any photos you add.
4. Refunds
If the template isn't right for you, email hello@sellmybusinessdirect.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please delete your copy once you've been refunded.
5. Support and updates
We answer setup questions by email, usually within 2 business days. Free fixes to version 1 are sent on request.
5a. Custom template service (C$49)
- For C$49, a one-time payment in Canadian dollars made through the same checkout as the template pack, we tailor one Coilhouse version to your business type: colours, the pages you choose from the template, and your own text and logo dropped in. Light edits to your text are included; writing new copy is not. You also get the instant download of all ready-made versions.
- After paying, email hello@sellmybusinessdirect.com with "Custom template" in the subject and your business name, type of business, colours, the pages you want, your logo and your text. We deliver the finished site as a ZIP by email within 5 business days of receiving everything we need.
- One round of changes is included, requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Hosting, a domain name and ongoing maintenance are not included.
- If we can't deliver within 5 business days of receiving your details, or you decide not to go ahead before we start, we refund you in full. The licence in section 2 applies to the delivered site (one website for one business).
6. No warranty
The template is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
